This website is operated by Lidly. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Lidly. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online store terms. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products. Lidly eye massagers are personal relaxation devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Read the user manual and safety information before use. If you have an eye condition, have had recent eye surgery, are pregnant or have any health concerns, consult a doctor before use. Remove contact lenses before use and do not use while driving. Not for use by children. Lifestyle images are for illustration. Specifications such as battery life are approximate and may vary with use.

3. Fulfillment. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfillment partners on our behalf. Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Prices and orders. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Promotional pricing may be for a limited time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Discounts. Discount codes and bundle offers are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds. These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Accuracy of information. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lidly is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Privacy. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
