If Lidly isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you with a return.
How to start a return
- Send us a message through the contact page with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Once your return is received and checked, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, clean and in the original packaging with all accessories.
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Damaged or faulty item?
Let us know within 30 days of delivery with a short photo or video and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.
