Free shipping to the US
Every order ships free to the United States, with tracking.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Delivery: usually 8–15 business days after dispatch
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking may take a few days to show the first update.
Address changes and cancellations
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can update the address or cancel an order only before it ships, so contact us as soon as possible.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
Marked as delivered but not received?
Please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing, contact us within 14 days and we'll open a claim with the carrier. We may ask you to file a missing-mail request with USPS.
Arrived damaged?
Send us photos or a short video within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See Returns.
